​How Do I Place An Order?

We have tried to make this as simple for you as possible. The first step is to select the item and add it to your basket; then proceed to the checkout and follow the instructions from there
Payment and Shipping

...when you are ready to pay for your chosen item or items you can pay using any credit or debit card.

If you have requested an item be custome made as it isn't in stock or you require something that is slightly different from existing stock there will be a leadtime in order to allow me agree a design and to make the item.

After this stage I will upload picture to the website and you can then add it to your basket and check it out.

Returns & Refunds
if within seven days of the purchase date you are not satisfied with your craft item you will need to contact us and then we will arrange with you have it returned and / or provide you with a replacement or a refund.
